Hydro-Québec is proud to be associated with the certification in ethics and compliance program being implemented by HEC Montréal’s Executive Education. The context in which organizations are currently evolving takes into account not only the many issues affecting these organizations, but also involves several external factors and various stakeholders. Moreover, profound changes in the world of communications are forcing organizations to adapt and take into account the networks of influence that are unlike the traditional media. Consideration for ethical issues and the implementation of effective compliance programs have therefore become essential. Hydro-Québec, which is on that same path, applauds the creation of this program, which will make it possible to develop and share best practices in the field.
